When you have a sense that something is missing
For many people, there might not be a clear title for what’s going on.
It could be that something just isn’t right.
Life looks full. And on paper, it might even look good. But there’s a sense there’s something missing. You might experience a feeling of being stuck; overwhelmed, or constantly dealing with things instead of actually being present in your life.
Sometimes it’s anxiety. Sometimes burnout. Other times relationship patterns keep repeating. Whatever it is, there’s a growing awareness that your life has been shaped by roles, expectations, and survival, and you’re not entirely sure where the ‘you’ is in all of that.

Who I support
I work with women who are asking, in one way or another, “Who am I?” and “what am I doing with this life?”
Often, these are capable and self-aware women, the ones who hold everything together, sometimes for a long time. I’m here to make sure that doesn’t turn into a lifetime.
Not new to introspection many of these women have done therapy and self-development before, and are looking to continue that journey, maybe with a different approach.
They could be tired of being reduced to a diagnosis or treated like a problem to solve. They are seeking a space where they can explore with curiosity, what is actually true for them. The scary, messy, uncomfortable parts, the cheeky parts, the sassy, sexy parts and the calm, peaceful parts. The parts that still feel alive somewhere underneath it all.
Buried under years of adapting. A nervous system that has learned to stay busy, braced, and functional. And a self that has gone a little quiet.

How I support you
The energy I approach this work with, is more akin to a child playing moc-safary in the backyard, it’s not about fixing a problem, so much as building engagement with the present moment.
Together we will get curious about what’s actually going on underneath. What your body is holding. What your patterns have been trying to protect you from. What the ‘creature of you’ actually needs.
So whether you come in with something clear, or something fuzzy, the work tends to meet in the same place.
Helping you engage and move into a life that feels like your own.

Why choose me
We are fellow travellers in the therapy process. You drive, and I hold the map.
I don’t see you as a set of problems to fix. You are a full, complex, capable human being who has problems, not a problem yourself. That means I’m not trying to fit you into a box. I’m meeting you as you are and working with what’s actually true for you.
My work is integrative and responsive. If something isn’t working, I won’t keep pushing it. I will step back with you and find another approach.

There is also a strong lived-experience element to my work. I am an active traveller on this path, I know that different tools and methods work for different people, but there are a few universal truths I wholeheartedly embrace, like Play, and more space to just be.
Through walk and talk therapy, nature and movement become part of the process. It softens the dynamic. It helps you settle into yourself. It changes how therapy feels.
There is humour here. There is honesty. There is space for the hard, messy, uncomfortable things, along with the joyous, exciting things. And together with nature and movement as co-therapists, we can hold that.

Hi, I'm Katalina
I'm a romantic, currently engaged in a passionate love story with life itself.
I’ve lived the version of life that feels like counting down the minutes to home time, sitting somewhere between anxiety and depression, overwhelm and burnout, watching life move past and wishing for a break.
And then I turned left.
I dug my way out of a life that wasn’t mine, and began building one that was. That journey didn’t just change my life; it became the foundation of the work I do now.
I hold a Bachelor of Psychotherapy and Counselling and have spent over a decade learning about what really matters and how people try to hold onto themselves when everything else is falling away.
Now, I walk alongside women who are seeking a different way of doing life.
Not by accident. But with intention.
